Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup biscuit mix
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tomato (sliced)
• cheese (for topping)

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400°f.
• 2 grease casserole.
• 3 brown meat and onion.
• 4 drain well and add seasonings; spread in casserole.
• 5 beat milk, eggs, biscuit mix and cheese till smooth.
• 6 pour over meat mixture.
• 7 bake 25 minutes.
• 8 top with tomatoes and sprinkle with additional cheese.
• 9 bake 5 to 8 minutes longer.
• 10 cool 5 minutes before cutting.
