Ground Seitan With Peas

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 eggs (organic)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (i used romano)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 16 ounces seitan (ground)
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs.
- 2 grind the seitan up in a food processor until if resembles hamburger.
- 3 mix the cheese, bread crumbs, green onion, tamari, mustard, sea salt and cloves together.
- 4 add to the eggs and then add the egg mixture to the ground seitan. add the peas.
- 5 mix well and saute the whole mixture in a non-stick saute pan until the seitan is lightly browned. you just want to make sure the eggs are cooked.
- 6 if you want, you can use ground chicken in this.
- 7 use on top of your favourite grain.
