A1 Savoury Smokey Chesseburgers

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef chuck (80/20 fat to meat propotions)
  • 1 1/2 cups a 1 steak sauce (3/4 cup seperated)
  • 1/2 lb bacon (cooked to a cricp and chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (lower to 1/2 teaspoon if you dont like it spicey)
  • 1 cup bread, crumbs
  • 1/2 lb cheese (sliced)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat grill to about 200 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl mix meat, 1 half of steak sauce, bacon, salt, pepper, paperika, and cayenne pepper.
  • 3 in a seperate bowl pour in remaining steak sauce.
  • 4 in another bowl add bread crumbs.
  • 5 seperate the meat mixture into four patties and then coat all the patties with remaining steak sauce then lightly coat with bread crumbs.
  • 6 place patties on grill until cooked through about 6 minutes on each side.
  • 7 place on grilled buns and serve with faverite topings and french fries or onion rings.
