Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
• 4 cups frozen bite-size tater tots

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400ºf.
• 2 brown meat with onions in skillet; drain. stir in ketchup and mustard; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
• 3 top with remaining ingredients.
• 4 bake 30 to 35 minute or until casserole is heated through and tater tots are golden brown.
