Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs 96% lean ground beef
• 3 ounces pkg.oscar mayer bacon bits
• 1 (8 ounce) package medium cheddar (shredded)
• 1 egg
• 1 cup quick-cooking oats
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 370 degrees.
• 2 in large bowl combine the first 10 ingredents mixing well. form mixture into a loaf and place on a rack inside of a slightly sided pan (enough to contain fat drippings) and place into oven. bake for 90 minutes. while meatloaf is baking mix the last 2 ingredients and set aside to use as a topping. after 90 minutes remove meatloaf and spread topping mixture on top. place meatloaf back in oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center of meatloaf is 160 degrees.
