Bacon Cheeseburger Puffs

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 3 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 6 -7 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 cook and crumble ground beef.
  • 3 in a bowl, combine bisquick bacon and cheese.
  • 4 stir in cooked beef.
  • 5 add buttermilk and stir in with a fork until just moistened.
  • 6 shape into 1 1/2 inch ball. it will be a bit sticky.
  • 7 place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  • 8 bake 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  • 9 cool on wire racks.
  • 10 puffs may be frozen. reheat at 400 degrees 7-9 minutes. they do not need to thaw first.
