Bacon Cheeseburger Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 3 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled
- 6 -7 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 cook and crumble ground beef.
- 3 in a bowl, combine bisquick bacon and cheese.
- 4 stir in cooked beef.
- 5 add buttermilk and stir in with a fork until just moistened.
- 6 shape into 1 1/2 inch ball. it will be a bit sticky.
- 7 place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- 8 bake 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- 9 cool on wire racks.
- 10 puffs may be frozen. reheat at 400 degrees 7-9 minutes. they do not need to thaw first.
