Beefy Mushroom Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups fried onions, divided (such as french's)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package biscuits
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 brown hamburger, drain.
- 3 mix hamburger, mushrooms, and 3/4 cup fried onions and place in a 3-qt casserole dish.
- 4 in a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup until bubbly, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well. pour over hamburger mixture.
- 5 cut each biscuit in half (semi-circles). place cut side down around the edge of your casserole dish.
- 6 pour 1/2 cup fried onions in the center.
- 7 mix 1/2 cup sour cream with the egg, celery seeds and salt. pour over the biscuits.
- 8 bake for 30-40 minutes until biscuits are browned and center is bubbly.
