Cheesy Hamburger & Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground venison or 1 lb beef
• 3 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 brown ground beef or venison and drain.
• 2 in medium bowl combine soup, onion, milk, and salt and pepper.
• 3 in a 2 quart baking dish (11x7) alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture, meat and cheese.
• 4 repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
• 5 bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
