Hot Asian Burgers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb medium ground beef
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg with a fork.
  • 2 mix in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
  • 3 mix in ground beef.
  • 4 shape into 4 (1/2") patties.
  • 5 place on grill covered and turning once for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
  • 6 add green peppers to tops of burgers.
  • 7 place each on a bun.
