Hot Asian Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb medium ground beef
- 2 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 beat egg with a fork.
- 2 mix in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
- 3 mix in ground beef.
- 4 shape into 4 (1/2") patties.
- 5 place on grill covered and turning once for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- 6 add green peppers to tops of burgers.
- 7 place each on a bun.
