Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped very fine
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 cup progresso italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
- 1 dash salt
- 2 dashes black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
- 1 egg, raw
Recipe
- 1 mix everything and form into balls.
- 2 brown them just a little bit and then put them in your tomato gravy.
- 3 cook on low for a couple of hours.
