Italian Meatballs

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped very fine
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup progresso italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 dashes black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
  • 1 egg, raw

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything and form into balls.
  • 2 brown them just a little bit and then put them in your tomato gravy.
  • 3 cook on low for a couple of hours.
