Ingredients

- 600 g chicken fillets
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala curry paste
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
Recipe
- 1 process all together in food processor till very well combined and chicken well minced.
- 2 shape into about 8 patties
- 3 heat a little oil in a non stick fry pan.
- 4 cook patties 5 -6 minutes till cooked through and golden brown.
