Hamburger Chow-mein

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb hamburger, browned
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- soy sauce
- chow mein noodles
- rice
Recipe
- 1 sauté onion and celery just until tender.
- 2 brown hamburger in large skillet. add onion and celery to hamburger.
- 3 add one can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of water. add soy sauce to taste.
- 4 let simmer 5-10 minutes.
- 5 serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
- 6 note: if too runny, you can add flour to thicken up to your liking.
