Ingredients
- 40 vanilla wafers
- 20 thin mint cookies
- 1/2 cup green icing
- 1/2 cup red icing
- 1/2 cup yellow icing
Recipe
- 1 place icing into cake decorating tubes for easy use.
- 2 squeeze a little green, red and yello icing around edges of thin mint cookie.
- 3 put one vanilla wafer on top and one on bottom of the thin mint cookie so icing hangs out on edges.
