Hamburger Crumble (or Venison!)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb venison
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water
- 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled, if desired and cut in half
- butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Recipe
- 1 brown meat with onions drain.
- 2 stir in soup, water and kitchen bouquet, taste to see if you need to add salt and pepper.
- 3 set to simmer, stirring occasionally. if gravy gets too thick add more water.
- 4 boil or stem potatoes in salted water until tender.drain.
- 5 toss potatoes with butter and parsley.
- 6 serve meat and gravy over potatoes.
