Hamburger Crumble (or Venison!)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb venison
  • 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled, if desired and cut in half
  • butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat with onions drain.
  • 2 stir in soup, water and kitchen bouquet, taste to see if you need to add salt and pepper.
  • 3 set to simmer, stirring occasionally. if gravy gets too thick add more water.
  • 4 boil or stem potatoes in salted water until tender.drain.
  • 5 toss potatoes with butter and parsley.
  • 6 serve meat and gravy over potatoes.
