Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, mince
- 4 tomatoes, chopped or 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups corn or 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
