Black Bean Burger (cheesy!)

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 ounces black beans
  • 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4-1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 start out with 1/4 cup of each ingredient and add more for personal tastes.
  • 2 combine ingredients into food processor.
  • 3 add flax for thicker consistency.
  • 4 add more yeast for cheesier flavor.
  • 5 consistency should be thicker then pancake batter.
  • 6 thicker is usually better as it will pile rather then spread out.
  • 7 put your pan on med-low or med heat.
  • 8 flip burger after 2-3 minutes.
