Chicken And Apple Burgers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 large apple, shredded
  • 1 small shallots or 1 small onion (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and whirl until it is a chunky mince.
  • 2 form into 10 small patties.
  • 3 bake on a tray in a moderate oven until the chicken is cooked through.
