- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1/4 small onion, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 mash chickpeas.
- 2 add in everything else.
- 3 form into patties.
- 4 place patties in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20min.
