Extremely Simple Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger (or ground venison if you prefer)
- 5 slices bacon, cut in 1/4 inch wide pieces
- 3 (16 ounce) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained (or any kind of vegetable you prefer)
- 2 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 place mixed vegetables, green beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and chopped onion in a large pot. set to the side.
- 2 brown hamburger meat in a large skillet. drain excess fat off. then place in large pot along with all the vegetables.
- 3 slow cook the bacon until it is done, but not crisp or overly done. scoop out of pan and place in pot with all other ingredients.
- 4 place pot on medium heat and allow to cook, stirring often.
- 5 salt and pepper according to your taste.
- 6 when the onion has became tender, you're soup is done!
