Ingredients
- 450 g ground chicken
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons bbq chicken seasoning
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 shape into 1.5 inch balls.
- 3 fry in 1 tsp olive oil; flatten as they cook.
- 4 cook until no longer pink.
- 5 enjoy!
