Italian Meatball Hamburger

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ragu tomato sauce
  • 24 ounces ragu tomato sauce
  • 6 hamburger buns

Recipe

  • 1 combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, 1 cup of sauce or ketchup and thourougly blend them all together.
  • 2 make patties.
  • 3 heat up the sauce.
  • 4 fry the patties in the pan or try broiling them for a different texture.
  • 5 toast the buns.
  • 6 put the patty on the bun.
  • 7 pour on some sauce and serve with your favorite side dish.
