Ingredients

- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 place potatoes in a 2l casserole dish.
- 2 sprinkle corn over top.
- 3 spread hamburger (raw) on top.
- 4 mix garlic and oregano into tomato sauce and pour over hamburger.
- 5 cover and bake for 1 hr at 350f.
