Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces salsa
- 14 ounces nacho cheese soup
- 8 slices velveeta cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onions in saucepan. drain. season with salt and pepper.
- 2 combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 3 cover. cook on low 4 hours. stir occassionally.
