Hamburger Chow-mein

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb hamburger, browned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • soy sauce
  • chow mein noodles
  • rice

Recipe

  • 1 sauté onion and celery just until tender.
  • 2 brown hamburger in large skillet. add onion and celery to hamburger.
  • 3 add one can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of water. add soy sauce to taste.
  • 4 let simmer 5-10 minutes.
  • 5 serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
  • 6 note: if too runny, you can add flour to thicken up to your liking.
