- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 (18 5/8 ounce) cans campbell's ready to serve minestrone soup (or vegetable)
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground beef.
- 2 season with salt and pepper to taste; drain.
- 3 add diced potatoes and soup; stir.
- 4 cook on medium heat until potatoes are fully cooked.
- 5 stir frequently.
