Juicy Pan Fried Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 slices bread, crust off and cubed
- 2 -3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4-1/2 an onion
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- spices, of your choice
- oil
- bun
- condiments
Recipe
- 1 take the bread and milk and mash it into a wet paste.
- 2 add the onion, garlic, and spices to the bread.
- 3 mix in the meat into 6-10 pattys and heat the oil into the skillet.
- 4 shape the meat and put in the hot pan.
- 5 toast the buns, watch and flip the burgers every 5 min, and enjoy !
