Juicy Pan Fried Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 slices bread, crust off and cubed
  • 2 -3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4-1/2 an onion
  • 1 -2 garlic clove
  • spices, of your choice
  • oil
  • bun
  • condiments

Recipe

  • 1 take the bread and milk and mash it into a wet paste.
  • 2 add the onion, garlic, and spices to the bread.
  • 3 mix in the meat into 6-10 pattys and heat the oil into the skillet.
  • 4 shape the meat and put in the hot pan.
  • 5 toast the buns, watch and flip the burgers every 5 min, and enjoy !
