Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, minced (slap chop works great for this)
- hamburger bun, along with any preferred toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato..)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together. form into patties, as big as you like them and cook how you like. i suggest grilling. enjoy =).
