Incredible Baked Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh basil

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients with hands.
  • 2 form into golfball sized meatballs.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Feelin' Blue Burgers

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mccormick grill mates hamburger seasoning
  • 8 hamburger buns or 8 kaiser rolls
  • 8 lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 8 tomatoes, slices (optional)
  • condiments (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef, cheese, onion and hamburger seasoning in bowl. shape into 8 patties.
  • 2 grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°f).
  • 3 serve burgers on toasted rolls. garnish with desired toppings and condiments.

In The Zone Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 green bell peppers, 4 with tops off and 2 diced up for stuffing (2 carb)
  • 1 cup diced onion (1 carb)
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (2 carb)
  • 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes (1 carb)
  • 6 ounces lean ground beef (4 protein)
  • 2 ounces low-fat cheese (2 protein)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil (6 fat)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook 4 peppers in a small amount of water and salt in microwave, until slightly tender.
  • 2 combine rice, diced peppers, tomato, hamburger meat, and salt/pepper and saute in olive oil until vegetables are tender.
  • 3 stuff the 4 green peppers with mixture.
  • 4 any remaining vegetable mixture should be placed around stuffed peppers.
  • 5 bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • 6 remove from oven, top with cheese, and serve.

  • 12 ounces wide egg noodles, slightly crushed
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles per pkg directions.
  • 2 brown ground beef and add onions cook slightly.
  • 3 mix noodles hamburger and onions in a 2 qt casserole dish.
  • 4 add the sour cream both cans of soup , pimentos and salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 top with breadcrumbs i use panko.
  • 6 bake @350 til hot and bubbly.
  • 7 serve.

  • 4 chicken, patties
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken patties according to package directions. slice up tomato and onion. put together sandwich.

Broiler Tuna Burger

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons sweet gherkins
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 5 slices cheese

Recipe

  • 1 split and toast 5 hamburger buns in the toaster.
  • 2 spread tuna mixture on buns.
  • 3 top with sliced cheese.
  • 4 broil for 4 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cut up and browned crisp
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 (30 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (30 ounce) can lamb and beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen lima beans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 bake 1 hour at 350 or heat in crock pot for several hours.
