tangy sliced lamb sandwiches
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 pound boneless lamb, cooked and cubed
- 4 hamburger buns

- melt butter or margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. add the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper. mix together and bring mixture to a boil, stirring often. add the cooked lamb and let simmer just until lamb is heated through. divide into 4 equal portions the bottom of each hamburger bun.
