addictingly spicy cheeseburger dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar mild picante sauce (such as pace®)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar hot picante sauce (such as pace®), or less to taste
  • 1/3 pound shredded colby cheese, or more to taste
  • 1 (1 pound) package processed cheese food (such as velveeta®), cut into cubes

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 25 mins

  • heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • pour mild picante sauce and hot picante sauce over the ground beef; stir. add processed cheese food and colby cheese, reduce heat to low, and cook until the cheese is completely melted, about 15 minutes.
