Easy Applewood Burger Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (7/8 ounce) package mccormickâ® grill matesâ® smoky applewood steakhouse burgers seasoning mix
  • 6 slider rolls or 1 small dinner roll
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef, onion and seasoning mix until well blended. shape into 6 patties.
  • 2 grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°f).
  • 3 serve burgers on rolls with barbecue sauce and desired toppings.

Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (at least 80%)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (28 ounce) can chunky tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)

Recipe

  • 1 spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. in 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onions, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. stir in tomato sauce and water. heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  • 2 in medium bowl, beat egg with fork. stir in ricotta cheese, swiss cheese, parsley and 1/4 cup of the bacon.
  • 3 spread about 1 cup of the beef mixture in baking dish. top with 4 uncooked noodles. spread half of the ricotta mixture, 2 cups beef mixture and 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese over noodles. repeat layers once, starting with 4 noodles. top with remaining noodles, beef mixture, cheddar cheese and bacon. spray 15-inch sheet of foil with cooking spray. cover lasagna with foil, sprayed side down. refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • 4 heat oven to 350°f bake covered 45 minutes. uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer or until bubbly and golden brown. cover and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Hot Tuna And Cheddar Sammies/sandwiches

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, water-packed and drained
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise, depending on amount desired
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, split

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, cheese, olives, mayo and pepper.

Deluxe Bacon Burgers

  • 2 large carrots (grated)
  • 1 large onion (grated)
  • 1 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 hamburger buns

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the first several ingredients.
  • 2 crumble beef over mixture and mix gently.
  • 3 shape into 8 patties.
  • 4 wrap a bacon strip around each patty; secure with toothpicks.
  • 5 in a large skillet, cook burgers until meat is no longer pink and bacon is crisp.
  • 6 remove toothpicks, place burgers on buns and garnish with your favorite condiments.

Farm Fresh Portobella Burgers

  • 4 portabella mushrooms, stems on
  • 2 teaspoons grill seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 rub the mushroom caps with a damp cloth to clean them. remove the stems and reserve for round 2 recipe "stuffed zucchini"(if making).
  • 2 in a small bowl combine the grill seasoning, oil, garlic, worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. brush over the mushrooms making sure to coat completely. reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for the aioli(garlic aioli).
  • 3 heat a grill pan or outdoor grill on medium heat. put the mushrooms, gill side down, onto the grill and grill about 4-5 minutes on each side. after you turn over the mushrooms top each with 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese.

  • 5 combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of the marinade with the mayonnaise in a small bowl. spread each hamburger bun with aioli sauce. remove mushrooms from the grill and serve on the toasted buns with lettuce and tomato slices. enjoy!

B&k Spanish Sauce For Hot Dogs

  • 2 lbs 70% lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups tomato ketchup
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 do not cook hamburger meat first. mix raw hamburger with the water and add all the ingredients together in a pot.
  • 2 simmer for 1 hour. spoon over hot dogs, or delicious served on a bun by itself.

Barbecued Spoonburgers

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef in oil in saucepan, and drain.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • 3 cover, and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on hogh 3-4 hours.
  • 4 serve on buns, or over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
