- 1/2 cup frozen hash browns, thawed

- 1 in a small saucepan, warm a small amount of cheese sauce and keep on low until ready to use.
- 2 preheat a cast-iron skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and coat lightly with vegetable oil. toast the bun heel and crown to desired doneness. set aside.
- 3 cook the patty on one side to the desired temperature while at the same time you are cooking the hash browns until crispy according to the package directions. remove from skillet and then place patty on bun (heel) with hash browns on top.
- 4 heat remainder of the vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the egg sunny-side up to the desired doneness. when done, slide egg onto hash browns.
- 5 top with generous dollop of cheese sauce and place bacon criss-crossed on top of cheese sauce. add the bun (crown) and you are ready to enjoy!

- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions or 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 preheat oven to 375°.
- 2 unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of an 8 inch pie pan.
- 3 cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. drain well.

- 1 heat grill to medium. combine the sugar, spices, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside. form the beef into 8 equal patties. toss the cheese and crumbled bacon together and place an equal amount on 4 of the patties.
- 2 place the remaining patties over the cheese and bacon and pinch the edges to seal. generously pat each burger with the reserved spice mixture. grill to desired doneness -- about 5 minutes per side for medium.

- 1 crumble the beef cube into the tomato paste and add a lttle honey so the mixture is slightly runny.
- 2 brush about half of the mixture over one side of your burgers or steaks and place under a moderate broiler, glaze side up or on the bbq, glaze side down.

- 1 cube buns into small pieces. i like to cut them somewhat frozen easier to cut and keep uniform in size.
- 2 i usually use about 5-6 buns per batch. if you use more than that increase butter and seasoning salt accordingly.
- 3 melt 1 stick of butter and add about 1 tablespoon of house seasonings. i like to use paula deens.
- 4 in large bowl toss cubes with butter mixture. spread out on a large baking sheet and bake at 300°f until brown and crisp. remove from oven and sprinkle garlic powder on while still warm.
- 5 these are great warm or when i make them i usually make a huge batch and put the rest in fridge to munch on later.

- 1 put the first 6 ingredients in a pan and cook slowly. take a long handled spatula and press the contents in the pan. this brings out the good juice. after this has cooked, place contents in a larger pot. add the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly.
