lamb rites (taverns)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 hamburger buns

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. cook and stir ground lamb in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • stir ketchup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt into the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. serve on hamburger buns.
