Beef Steamburgers

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, not hot
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 over medium high heat brown ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
  • 2 drain mixture to remove fat.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients except salt and pepper.
  • 4 cook over medium to medium low heat for 20-30 minutes.
  • 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 serve on hamburger buns.
