Beef Steamburgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, not hot
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 over medium high heat brown ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
- 2 drain mixture to remove fat.
- 3 add remaining ingredients except salt and pepper.
- 4 cook over medium to medium low heat for 20-30 minutes.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 serve on hamburger buns.
