Cheeseburger Pie In A Snap

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat oven at 400º. grease a round 9-in baking dish
• 2 in a skillet cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink, drain, stir in salt. spread in pie dish and sprinkle with cheese.
• 3 in a bowl combine remaining ingredients with a fork or wisk. pour into pie dish.
• 4 bake about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
