Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients

• nonstick cooking spray
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 cup robin hood oats
• 1/2 onion, minced
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 50 ml bick's sweet green relish
• 3 cups sandwich saver extra garlic pickles
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 15 ml chipotle hot sauce (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients except pickles.
• 2 divide mixture in quarters.
• 3 pack 1/4 of meat into each pan.
• 4 top with 6 pickles and then top with remaining meat mixture.
• 5 bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
• 6 remove, brush with glaze, and cook 10-15 minutes longer, or until an internal temperature of 160°f.
• 7 serve one immediately and freeze the other.
