Cheeseburger Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix (i'll be making this from scratch)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 6 pieces bacon (i will be leaving this out)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 425.
• 2 brown meat.
• 3 in a pie dish, layer browned meat and shredded cheese.
• 4 mix the milk, and eggs, then stir in bisquick, and add bacon.
• 5 pour batter over ground meat and cheese.
• 6 bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
• 7 allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
