- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
- 2 add water, ketchup and mustard.
- 3 bring to a boil.
- 4 stir in 2 cups uncooked minute rice.
- 5 sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6 cover; cook on low heat 5 minutes.
