Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 9
• 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
• 1/2 onion
• salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400 f.
• 2 spray 9 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
• 3 brown beef and onion with salt and pepper to taste.
• 4 drain if needed.
• 5 put meat in bottom of baking dish.
• 6 sprinkle cheese over meat.
• 7 mix bisquick with eggs and milk until smoothe.
• 8 pour bisquick mix over meat and cheese.
• 9 cook in oven for 30-35 minutes.
