Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb bulk sausage
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 grease or spray 9 inch pie plate.
• 3 brown sausage and onion, drain.
• 4 stir in salt.
• 5 spread sausage in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
• 6 in a bowl, stir together bisquick, milk, and eggs.
• 7 pour mixture in pie plate.
• 8 bake approximately 25 min, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
