Greek Turkey Burgers With Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
Recipe
- 1 heat gas or charcoal grill. in small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving time.
- 2 in medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 place patties on grill over medium heat. cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°f serve burgers on buns with yogurt sauce.
