Cheeseburger Caps

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 16 stuffing mushroom caps
- 8 slices cheddar cheese, cut into 2 inch squares
- ketchup (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 cook 1/4 cup finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil until softened. stir in 1/2 pound ground beef and 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper and cook until barely pink.
- 2 fill 16 stuffer mushrooms. top each with a 2-inch square of sliced cheddar cheese.
- 3 bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes. dollop with ketchup.
