Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-up

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (or other cheese of your choice, i don't use velveeta)
  • 1 (13 7/8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crusts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f
  • 2 cook ground beef, bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 drain; return meat mixture to skillet.
  • 4 add velveeta; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  • 5 remove from heat; set aside.
  • 6 unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 7 press into 15x8-inch rectangle.
  • 8 top evenly with meat mixture.
  • 9 roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides.
  • 10 bake seam-side down for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 11 cut diagonally into six slices to serve.
