Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 5 lbs boneless chuck roast, lean
- 14 ounces chili sauce
- 1 quart dill pickle, including juice
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a large roaster and bake, covered @ 250 degrees for 11 hours.
- 2 do nothing for the first 6 hours.
- 3 after 6 hours, stir every hour to break apart.
- 4 not necessary to add any other seasonings, not even salt.
- 5 before serving, mash or break apart with fork.
- 6 serve on hamburger buns.
