Black Bean Ranch Burger Patties

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix (like from hidden valley)
- 1/4 cup frozen chopped onions
- 1/4 cup frozen bell peppers
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 pat the beans dry in a bowl and mash with 1 tablespoon dried ranch dressing
- 2 add mixed onion and bell peppers, egg and fresh breadcrumbs mash and mix together.
- 3 refrigerate mixture for 20 mins.
- 4 heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 5 form the mixture into 4 or 5 even patties and place on cookie sheet
- 6 cook patties 12 mins turning over halfway through.
