Curry Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas 
 
- 1/2 cup regular oats 
 
- 2 carrots 
 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 
 
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt, to taste 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 
 
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375*. 
 
- 2 put the oats and spices in a food processor and process until smooth. 
 
- 3 add the chickpeas, carrots, and oil and blend until smooth. 
 
- 4 if the mixture is dry and not sticking together add a bit more oil. 
 
- 5 line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 
- 6 using your hands, make 4 patties out of your mixture
