Italian Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

- 14 3/4 ounces canned salmon
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain and flake the salmon. be careful to get out as many of the little bones as possible.
- 2 in a bowl, add all ingredients together, except for the oil. mix up until you are able to form patties out of the mixture.
- 3 make 6 equal-size patties of the mixture and set aside.
- 4 heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray (pam, etc.) and cook salmon patties in the skillet for four minutes each side until browned.
- 5 serve.
