Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 5 potatoes
- 8 ounces frozen corn
- 4 cups beef broth
- thyme
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 cut potatoes into about 1 inch cubes, boil about 10 minutes in the beef broth. cut carrots into slices about the same size as the potatoes, add to the water, cook about 10 more minutes.
- 2 while they are cooking;.
- 3 in a 12" frying pan, brown ground beef, onions, and celery until meat is cooked through. add to potato water, along with frozen corn. cook until potatoes reach the level of done-ness you like, season with spices to taste, enjoy!
