Hamburger Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 5 potatoes
  • 8 ounces frozen corn
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut potatoes into about 1 inch cubes, boil about 10 minutes in the beef broth. cut carrots into slices about the same size as the potatoes, add to the water, cook about 10 more minutes.
  • 2 while they are cooking;.
  • 3 in a 12" frying pan, brown ground beef, onions, and celery until meat is cooked through. add to potato water, along with frozen corn. cook until potatoes reach the level of done-ness you like, season with spices to taste, enjoy!
