- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 3 cups consomme
- 4 chopped carrots
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 8 tablespoons barley
- 2 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 brown onion and hamburger.
- 2 drain.
- 3 mix with rest of ingredients.
- 4 simmer 2 hours.
- 5 remove bay leaf.
- 6 serve.
