Ingredients

- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients with hands.
- 2 form into golfball sized meatballs.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
